📋 Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Run the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and contracts
- Actively source outstanding talents across LinkedIn and other channels - especially for tech and engineering roles
- Partner with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and define role profiles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
People Operations
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth, welcoming experience
- Manage HR administration: contracts, working students, documentation, and tooling
- Be the first point of contact for employees on people-related topics
