We're looking for an exceptional Sales Pioneer - not your typical Account Executive, but the top 5% of AEs who thrive in uncertainty and possess the unique blend of sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and environmental passion needed to build our sales engine from the ground up.

📋 Core Responsibilities

Build the Foundation:

• Develop, execute, and work with our SDRs on the playbook through hypothesis testing and iteration
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling, email)
• Test value propositions against our tightly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Shadow our founder in early sales meetings and gradually take ownership of opportunities

Full-Stack Sales Execution:

• Build prospect lists and execute outbound campaigns
• Book discovery calls and manage the complete sales cycle
